Exposure to full sun will bring out the rich colors that Tulips offer. Partial shade will enable a longer blooming period and still offer a colorful addition to any garden. Darwin Hybrid Tulips were created by cross breeding Emperor and Single Late Tulips. They come in hues of red, yellow, pink, and orange, and produce very large blooms on strong stems in mid spring, 20-22 inches.
